OuiShare Festival 2015

June 1st, 2015
by The People Who Share

Compare and Share’s voyage to #OSFest15 was one of great delight! With six of us in tow (Tolani, Blanca, Nick, Benita) including two from The People Who Share camp (Imran and Candida), it was sure to be a very eventful trip.

Team photo in our Parisian apartment

Finding an apartment to house all of us without compromising on space wasn’t going to be easy but we found it in this gem- a great loft apartment located in the Parisian neighbourhood of Saint-Denis. Boasting real industrial spirit, it had a mezzanine steel structure with beams across the whole apartment, 6 bedrooms and a terrace - what more could we have asked for!

Spanning three days and over 1000 visionaries in attendance, key topics for the event were centred on building and nurturing the growth and empowerment of the sharing economy.  Featured speakers included BlaBla Car, Shareable and Liftshare though the mega highlight was of course seeing founder, Benita, speak on its future.
